# Requirements

> Requirements for Google Workspace integration

## For all users

* A SuperOffice Online subscription
* A Google Workspace subscription

<Note>
  All users must have a Google Workspace user account a private Gmail account is not sufficient.
</Note>

## Additional requirements for set-up

* Administrator access to SuperOffice Online

<Tip>
  We recommend using a dedicated Google Workspace service-account (a regular Google user account, which is not a personal user account) for the integration. See the [security considerations](../security) for more information.
