# Enum TicketSecurityLevel

> Indicates if a ticket is external or internal

Indicates if a ticket is external or internal

## Syntax

TicketSecurityLevel
```

## Fields

| Name     | Description                                               |
| -------- | --------------------------------------------------------- |
| Unknown  | Unknown level                                             |
| Internal | Internal tickets will not be shown on the Customer Centre |
| External | External tickets will be shown on the Customer Centre     |
